Hi, Im Belle. Im a Christian, Artist and Nutritionist. I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition and have 12 years of personal experience dealing with chronic illness and overcoming food related issues. I have been through and come out the other side of disordered eating and severe food intolerances. I am  passionate about the gut-brain axis, nervous system, and mind body connection.

My health journey began after a traumatic brain injury that led to a huge list of debilitating health symptoms. For over a decade i went around in circles seeking help from countless practitioners, only to have things get worse. The only thing that made me feel better was avoiding everything. I felt overwhelmed, stuck and broken until i learnt that everything i was experiencing was connected through my nervous system.I begun to change my identity around illness and retrain my brain, for the first time i had chronic symptoms dropping away.
